Refund and Return Policy – GloraSkin Pakistan

GloraSkin believes in making your skincare journey as smooth and worry-free as possible. Our goal is not only to offer high-quality skincare products but also to ensure a positive post-purchase experience. That’s why we’ve developed a clear and transparent Refund and Return Policy, so you always know your rights when shopping with us.

This policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and complaints are handled. Please read it carefully before placing an order with us.

1. Return Eligibility Criteria

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or expired.
  • The product delivered is incorrect (i.e., wrong item sent).
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact.
  • The return request is initiated within 3  days of delivery.

If your situation meets these conditions, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items missing their original packaging or seals
  • Products purchased during promotional sales or marked as non-refundable
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect

GloraSkin reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Within 3 Days
    Email us at support@gloraskin.com or WhatsApp at +92-309-1160707 within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Necessary Details
    Include:
    • Your order number
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
  3. Await Approval
    Our team will respond within 2 working days. If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.
  4. Return Shipping
    You will be asked to send the product to our return address. Return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the fault lies with GloraSkin (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email or phone about the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued through:
    • Bank transfer (you will be asked to provide account details)
    • Mobile wallet (JazzCash/Easypaisa)
    • Store credit (upon customer request)

Please note: Cash refunds are not available for orders placed via Cash on Delivery. In such cases, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or wrong item and would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we’ll send a replacement product free of charge once the original item is returned and verified.

Exchange is only possible:

  • For the same product (in case of damage or defect)
  • If the product is in stock

If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or store credit as per your preference.

6. Refund and Return for Order Cancellations

a. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

If you wish to cancel your order before it’s shipped:

  • Contact us immediately at support@gloraskin.com or WhatsApp.
  • If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we will cancel it and process your refund within 7–10 business days.

b. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for a return after delivery if it meets our return conditions.

7. What to Do in Case of Damaged or Expired Products

GloraSkin products are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. However, in rare cases where damage may occur during transit or an item is expired:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Attach clear photos of the damaged or expired item
  • Include your order number and contact details

Once validated, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t been credited after 10 working days, please check with your bank or mobile wallet provider. If it still hasn’t arrived:

  • Contact us at support@gloraskin.com
  • Include your order number and bank/M-wallet transaction details (if any)

We will investigate the issue and help you resolve it promptly.

9. Store Credit Option

Instead of a refund, customers can also choose store credit for future purchases. Store credits are issued via a unique coupon code that can be applied at checkout and are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.

Please use a reputable courier and keep the tracking number for your records.

11. Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • We do not accept “change of mind” returns.
  • Products bought during sales or with discount coupons may not be eligible for refund or exchange unless faulty.
  • Refunds are always processed using the same name used to place the order.

12. Faulty or Missing Items in Delivered Package

If your package is incomplete or contains the wrong products:

  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Send clear photos of the parcel and received items.
  • We’ll review your case and provide a replacement, missing item, or refund accordingly.

13. Bulk or Wholesale Orders

Returns or refunds are not applicable on wholesale or bulk orders (more than 5 units of the same item), unless the entire batch is defective. Such cases are handled on a case-by-case basis, and GloraSkin reserves the right to accept or reject the return request.

14. GloraSkin’s Rights and Limitations

GloraSkin reserves the right to:

  • Reject any return or refund that does not meet our terms.
  • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Withhold refunds for items damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Suspend return privileges for repeated misuse of the policy.
